What can Huayang coordinate for a knitwear project in China?
Huayang coordinates yarn and trim sourcing, knit-structure development, sampling, knitting, linking, washing, finishing, labelling, packing and independent garment inspection. We provide OEM and ODM services, with ODM development handled by our Hangzhou office and production at our Haiyang factory in China. Every garment in every order is inspected by our independent department using Japanese inspection standards.
Source materials around the product you want to make
Our supply-chain coordination connects yarn and trim sourcing with the garment brief. Fibre preference, yarn weight, colour, hand feel, stitch structure and finishing all affect the result. Buttons, brand labels and other trims need to fit the construction and retail presentation as well.
For value and mid-market ranges, we help develop material and construction options around the details your customers will notice. Identify the silhouette, feel or pattern you want to retain, then compare alternatives on the same specification basis. Include required material claims and certification documents in the brief so they can be considered alongside the product and cost.
Connect stitch development and sampling with production
Bring your design and specifications for OEM, or discuss ODM development with our Hangzhou office. Our technical development and sample work turn the direction into a knit structure and garment that your team can review. Swatches and samples help assess the relationship between the proposed yarn, texture, pattern, fit and finish.
Our Haiyang factory has approximately 300 computerized flat knitting machines, with 3, 5, 7, 357 (multi-gauge), 9, 12 and 14 gauge options. Knitting, linking, washing and finishing form part of the production workflow. Matching yarn and construction during development creates a clear basis for the approved sample and production specification.
Carry the garment through to retail presentation
Labels, finishing and packing belong in the project plan from the start. We coordinate the garment stages with brand-label application, pressing and packing requirements, so the buying discussion covers the finished product as well as its knitted appearance.
Every garment in every order is inspected by our independent inspection department using Japanese inspection standards. Use the agreed specification and approved sample to define the quality priorities for your order, including appearance, fit, labels and packing. Our quality page provides a practical acceptance-brief template for that discussion.
Keep material, development and commercial decisions aligned
Huayang's offices are in Tokyo, Weihai, Qingdao and Hangzhou. Hangzhou is responsible for ODM; garment production is based at the Haiyang factory in Shandong, China. This combines an office network with an established manufacturing base and supply-chain coordination.
A useful project brief brings the style range, material priorities, target price, quantity split, approvals and delivery requirement together. When considering a change, compare its effect on appearance, fit, quality and cost. This gives your buying team a clear basis for choosing a workable option.
- Identify the design and quality details that must remain consistent across the range.
- Show which yarn, trim or construction choices are open to development.
- Keep approved specifications, sample references and shared brand requirements together.

Questions buyers ask
Can you coordinate yarn and trims as well as garment production?+
Yes. Our knitwear supply-chain coordination includes yarn and trim sourcing alongside development, sampling, production, finishing, labelling, packing and inspection. Start with the product brief so materials and construction can be considered together.
Can we bring our own designs or ask for ODM development?+
We support both. OEM begins with your designs or specifications; ODM development is handled by our Hangzhou office. The garment production base is our factory in Haiyang, China.
How can material and construction options help meet a target price?+
Compare yarn, knit structure, garment weight, trims and finishing against the same required product features. Identify what must be retained and what can be explored. We develop quality and cost options for the project, with the agreed specification forming the quotation basis.
Does the supply-chain service include inspection and packing?+
Yes. The production workflow includes inspection, label application, pressing and packing. Every garment in every order is inspected by our independent department using Japanese inspection standards. Share your acceptance priorities and packing requirements in the project brief.
